Fantastic service from koray! Stupidly forgot my keys and locked myself out of my flat all night and he managed to get me back in and put a brand new lock on, couldn’t be more grateful!

Koray is very professional, explained the cause of the lock problem, replaced it with no fuss, disposed of the broken mechanism, came earlier on the agreed time, the charge altogether for labour/professional fee and the replacement cylinder is very realistic , will definitely be my only locksmith from now on, will also be referring him to my friends and colleagues at work, thank you Koray, for the peace of mind and especially the security.
